During Governor Gavin Newsom’s press conference this week, he stated, “The prospect of mass gatherings is negligible at best until we get to herd immunity and we get a vaccine,” mass gatherings are not likely to be allowed for the foreseeable future. Therefore, we have made the unfortunate decision to cancel the 9th annual Mac and Cheese Fest until 2021.

The decision to cancel this year’s festival was not an easy one. The Mac and Cheese Fest is so important to us and we have such an amazing time putting it on every year. We also sincerely appreciate the hard work that our staff, vendors, sponsors and volunteers put into the event every year. However, we must follow the recommendations of public health officials to postpone mass gatherings until it is safe to host them again. We will begin plans for the 9th annual Mac and Cheese Fest once it has been deemed safe to do so.

Until then, stay healthy and please let me know if you have any questions at all.

We look forward to seeing you all at the next Mac and Cheese Festival!

Due to COVID-19 that has overtaken not only the country but our community, AGM has rescheduled the Mac and Cheese Festival to September 19, 2020 from 1pm to 5pm. This will allow time for our local restaurants and community to recover from the hard hit we have all shared. AGM would like to thank all of our listeners, restaurants, vendors, and sponsors for their support of this event that will benefit the Farmington Boys & Girls Club.
